After the events of last week, we are on the road to No Way Out, with the battle between the Big Show and John Cena taking place. As the WWE Universe is ready to watch WWE RAW live, it is my job to recap the events of this show. Therefore, its time for the results of WWE RAW for May 28th 2012. It is time to sit down and watch the happenings of WWE RAW 5/28/12.

Footage of the Big Show knocking out John Cena last week kicks off RAW

Big Show is out and boy is he one angry giant. It's that time of the year again, boys and girls, you know the drill. The Big Show actually gets pushed as a threat for about three weeks, long enough to be a credible opponent for a big time superstar and then loses, and it's back down the rabbit hole we go. Just like the other nine million Big Show monster pushes since 1999. Why should we think this one be any different?

With that being said, decent promo. Show is angry, and bitter and no one can beat him. Show is not happy about Cena making jokes. Yeah, well get in line with that one. He says that he'll finish Cena off at No Way Out.

Alberto Del Rio defeated Santino Marella with the Cross Armbreaker

Alberto gets the win rather handily with the Cross Armbreaker, with Santino having no choice but to tap out. Just as well as the United States Title doesn't mean much. And Del Rio has a match with Sheamus at the next Pay Per View. Del Rio avoided the Cobra before the finish and after the fact, rips off the sleeves, just because.

Alex Riley gets time on RAW, talking to Eve Torres, praising her job. He's heel this segment I guess, but he turns babyface, immediately, as he gets beat up by the Big Show. Good grief, just name him Ken Anderson and get it over with. Show is an angry, angry, giant, in case you didn't get the message.

Kofi Kingston and R-Truth defeated Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler

Things pick up with a pretty fun tag team match, that had some good quality action, although this really showcases the fundamental problem with WWE in a nutshell. This is about the same level these guys were six months ago and barring some injury problems, they'll be here in six months. Hell Ziggler and Kofi have been feuding for three years on and off. Regardless, Kofi plays the babyface in peril but R-Truth cleans house after the hot tag. Little Jimmy by Truth gets the pin on Swagger. Champions retain, fair tag team match. Then Ziggler is enraged after the match and starts yelling. So break up, I guess, sure why not.

Big Show tries to pick Santino as his opponent but here's Brodus, who gets in Show's face. Brodus Clay versus Big Show tonight. Well it was fun while it latest.

Here's Johnny! John Laurinaitis is out and says that the Big Show will take on John Cena at No Way Out but it will be in a steel cage. Well drop everything and order now anyway. Laurinaitis reveals a cover of WWE 13 with him on it. Well that would be a valuable tool for parents to stop their children from playing too many video games. Here's Punk. CM Punk is out to reveal that its not Johnny but Punk on the cover of WWE 13. It might not be an ice cream bar, but hey, got to take what you can get. Punk mocks Johnny some more, don't we all?

Daniel Bryan defeated CM Punk

I know this is a shock to some of you but this was a kicking match. I found this one to be a most enjoyable encounter. A.J. makes her way out, wearing a CM Punk t-shirt. This obviously throws off Punk and Daniel Bryan drops Punk right into the corner for the win. YES, YES, YES! Here's Kane, the turd in the punch bowl of the Bryan Punk party, who destroys Daniel Bryan, but A.J gives Punk a chair and nails Kane with it. A.J. appears to have some very non-PG related intentions for Punk.

Christian defeated the Miz

The Miz loses once again in 2012 in a predictable enough finish. But the match was good right up to that point, so I'll give it that. Cody Rhodes was on commentary. We have finisher reversals, until the WWE Intercontinental Champion Christian hits the Killswitch setting up the Frog Splash for the pin.

Segment backstage with John Laurinaitis, Eve Torres, David Otunga, and Teddy Long, who is sent to give Eve coffee. Sheamus against Otunga tonight. Eve throws coffee on Teddy because it's cold. This was what it was.

The Miz rants about wanting the match stricken from the record books because he should be treated like a superstar. In comes Randy Orton to RKO the Miz. At least it brought the hit counter of my "is the Miz being buried article" up. So this segment did serve a purpose.

Dolph Ziggler wants out of the tag team.

Sheamus defeated David Otunga

Really Sheamus just decimates Otunga and wins with the Brogue Kick handily.

Our main event is Brodus Clay and the Big Show, but Big Show mocks Brodus for being a joke. Show and Brodus brawl, with Big Show getting the better of Brodus. Big Show throws around Kofi Kingston and R-Truth when they try to save. Well its been a few weeks since a singles competitor has buried the tag team champions. Show then knocks out Brodus just because.

Er that's it.

Watch Daniel Bryan against CM Punk and maybe the tag team title match. Burn the rest of this show with fire.
