WWE Smackdown 09/20/13 Results:
Vickie Guerrero opened the show announcing a series of eleven on three gauntlet matches for Daniel Bryan and friends as he fought members of the SHIELD. Daniel Bryan denies what happened at Night of Champions and it will be Daniel Bryan against Randy Orton at Battleground to decide the new champion.
AJ Lee forced Naomi to tap out to the Black Widow. A solid win for the WWE Diva's Champion tonight on this show.
Santino Marella outsmarted Jack Swagger and pinned him down with a roll up in an impressive little match.
Ryback, who hates bullies, crushed a local fellow named Nick.
The SHIELD rolls over Darren Young in the gauntlet match.
The SHIELD rolls over Titus O'Neil in the gauntlet match.
The SHIELD takes out Dolph Ziggler in the gauntlet match.
The SHIELD wins over Kofi Kingston although Kofi manages to take out Roman Reigns in the process.
Rob Van Dam against Ambrose and Rollins is called off by Triple H.
Luke Harper and Erick Rowan scored a crushing win over Zack Ryder and Justin Gabriel.
Alberto Del Rio and Rob Van Dam for the World Heavyweight Championship will happen. Rob Van Dam is punked out by Del Rio.
Alberto Del Rio wrapped up R-Truth with the Cross Armbreaker to score the victory.
Daniel Bryan and the Usos triumphed over the SHIELD in a six man tag team match.
