WWE Wrestlemania 28 Countdown: 60 Days Until Wrestlemania 28

The Road toWrestlemania is coming up. We have sixty days and counting to the grandestspectacle of the year, Wrestlemania 28, and it is time to get excited for thegrandest one of them all.

WWEWrestlemania 28 Sixty Days and Counting

Twenty seven Wrestlemanias before it. Some good, some not so good, some utterly forgettable. Right here on the Wrestling Enterprise Blog, leading up to the biggest stage of them all, I’ll bedoing a countdown to WWE Wrestlemania 28 talking about various matches that did happen at Wrestlemania, matches that didn’t happen, great moments, and whatevernews is coming out of the grandest stage of them all.

Now let’s talk about what thecard seems to be at this point of time. We all know that John Cena and the Rockis obviously going to happen, barring some kind of horrific injury(let’s hopenot). The Undertaker and Triple H is highly likely to occur as well.

Now after those two matches, wehead right into the land of speculation. CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho for the WWEChampionship is likely more or less a lock. Which leaves Sheamus to challengethe World Heavyweight Title. It does make sense to keep the belt on DanielBryan until Wrestlemania 28, to go with the story of the two men that gotbumped from the card last year now going at it for the title. Mark Henry mightend up with the belt before then. Randy Orton might be thrown into the match orhe might have a feud settling match with Wade Barrett. So many things to thinkabout before Wrestlemania 28.

Shaquille O’Neal and the BigShow, a match nearly two years in the making has been pretty much all butconfirmed. We do know the Money in the Bank Ladder Match will be returning aswell. Cody Rhodes seems to be a pretty strong pick to win that one. GivenKharma’s return at the Royal Rumble, we might be seeing Kharma vs. Beth Phoenixfor the Diva’s Title.

If I had to hazard a guess, theWrestlemania 28 card might look like something like this.
-Rock/Cena(naturally)
-Undertaker/HHH(of course)
-CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho forthe WWE Championship
-Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan for theWorld Heavyweight Title
-Wade Barrett vs. Randy Orton
-Dolph Ziggler vs. Mick Foley(rumoredby a few people)
-Kharma vs. Beth Phoenix
-Show vs Shaq
-Money in the Bank

Seems like a rather solid card tome. Maybe not the best but certainly not the worst. Then again nothing but theRock/Cena, Money in the Bank, and Sheamus getting a title shot of some sort hasbeen officially confirmed at this time.
