Ring of Honor Wrestling hits Florida for Wrestlemania weekend, for its huge Showdown in the Sun double shot show on Friday night and on Saturday afternoon. It will be two great nights of professional wrestling, in Fort Launderdale Florida. Now without further adieu, here is the preview for the first night of the latest IPPV event from Ring of Wrestling.

The main event on this night features the Ring of Honor Champion Davey Richards defending his championship against two of his long time rivals, Eddie Edwards and Roderick Strong. Strong and Edwards both have held the Ring of Honor Championships in the past and they want the gold back.And obviously Davey Richards would like nothing better.

One of the top technical wrestlers in professional wrestling returns, in Lance Storm when he takes on the anthesis of everything he stands over, the diabolical "Prodigy" Mike Bennett who will have Maria Kanellis in his corner. Lance Storm is no stranger to ROH rings nad he wants to put the diabolical Mike Bennett in his place.

The Ring of Honor Television Championship will be at stake next. Jay Lethal has been a fighting champion but Kyle O'Reilly wants to move up to that next level. What better way than to win the Ring of Honor Television Title from Jay Lethal. Lethal defends that ROH Television Title against Kyle O'Reilly at Showdown in the Sun Night One.

At one time they were one of the best tag teams in wrestling, now they are enemies. El Generico returns to the ring in Ring of Honor, to take on "Wrestling's Worst Nightmare" Kevin Steen. Steen took out Generico back at the Final Battle 2011 and now payback time might be coming for Generico, as Wrestling's Worst Nightmare continues his quest for the ROH Championship.

Night one of the dual duel will take place when Matt and Nick Jackson, the Young Bucks square off against the All Night Express of Rhett Titus and Kenny King. Both of these tag teams could be put in line for a future shot at the gold. 

Mikey Nicholls and Shane Haste are young and wanting to make a name for themselves. They are going to step into the Proving Ground to take on the Ring of Honor Tag Team Champions the Briscoe Brothers.

Plus last week on Ring of Honor Wrestling, Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander scored the win over Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team, with a little help from Jay and Mark Briscoe. The return match is set up for Showdown in the Sun Night 1, with Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team taking on Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander just one night before Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin challenge for the Ring of Honor Tag Team Titles.
