TNA Lockdown 2012 Card

TNA Impact Wrestling returns to Pay Per View tonight, on April 15th 2012, for TNA Lockdown 2012. The stars of TNA will be in action for seven big time matches. Lockdown is considered to be the second biggest Pay Per View of the year, on the TNA calendar year, next to Bound for Glory. All matches will take place inside a steel cage, with Lethal Lockedown and the long awaited TNA World Championship match between James Storm and Bobby Roode leading the charge.

TNA Lockdown 2012 Preview and Card

This past November, the long time tag team of Bobby Roode and James Storm, better known as Beer Money came to an end when Bobby Roode busted a beer bottle over the head of James Storm to capture the TNA Championship. Now on April 15th 2012, James Storm after months finally gets Bobby Roode one on one in a steel cage for the TNA World Championship. Will James Storm gain his revenge or will Bobby Roode worm his way past another challenger?

Lethal Lockdown will be Team Garrett Bischoff against Team Eric Bischoff. Garrett will be joined by the TNA X-Division Champion Austin Aries, Mr. Anderson, AJ Styles, and Rob Van Dam where Eric Bischoff will be joined by Bully Ray, Gunner, Christopher Daniels, and Kazarian. The stakes are high, where if Eric Bischoff wins then Garrett must leave TNA. If Garrett's team wins, then Eric Bischoff will not only have to leave TNA but he will have to renounce his name.

Last month at Victory Road 2012, Kurt Angle managed to squeak his way through a victory with Jeff Hardy. One more time, these two former TNA World Champions go one on one. Inside the steel cage, these two competitors are going to lock horns and this is going to be something amazing. 

The Motor City Machine Guns, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley have returned. They have their sights set on those TNA World Tag Team Titles held by Samoa Joe and Magnus. This should be a barn burner and perhaps the sleeper match of the evening, as the Guns go to regain the gold.

Back in November, Velvet Sky lost her TNA Knockout's Title to the returning Gail Kim. At Lockdown, we will see these two Knockouts get it on one more time. Gail Kim has defeated all comers, but Velvet Sky is determined to get the belt back.

Crimson is undefeated in TNA and he is gaining a bit of a big head. Matt Morgan is looking to put that very first blemish on Crimson's record. One on one, these two brutal athletes lock horns. Last time they went to a double countout and it is inside a steel cage.

Last month, Robbie E issued an open challenge which Devon accepted. This time, Devon meets Robbie E one on one in a return match for the TNA Television Title.
