WWE RAW 09/03/12 Thoughts

WWE RAW took place on Labor Day on September 3rd 2012. Fitting given the three hour RAWs have been quite the labor to get through as of late. A full report is in the archives but right now, the Wrestling Emporium will run down the good, the bad, and the ugly from WWE RAW 09/03/12.

WWE RAW 09/03/12

The Good:

CM Punk and Paul Heyman at the end was a rather interesting little bit. Perhaps done about a year too late but it was rather illuminating.

Dolph Ziggler and Randy Orton had a nice match. Granted the fluke win really did tend to hurt Ziggler. Ziggler's Money in the Bank winning record leaves much to be desired.

Alberto Del Rio and John Cena competed on RAW and the match was good. Alberto picked up the win.

Ryback destroyed Jinder Mahal. I approve of this.

Rey and Sin Cara against Cody Rhodes and Tensai really had a fine match.

The commentary was good because muted it.

The Bad:

The Jack Swagger employment watch continues. He's still here and still around here on WWE. I wonder how much longer however. Sheamus crushed Swagger handily.

Anger Management courses continue to be padding. Padding this three hour show that should not be a three hour show.

The Ugly:

Eve against Kaitlyn really does fall under this category. Not by the standard of looks, but by the standard of actual in ring competence. Then again, it's a folly to measure women's matches on any professional wrestling standards.

The fact RAW is three hours each and every week. That one is not going away any time soon. RAW should be about ninety minutes at most.
