We are fortyfour days and counting for Wrestlemania 28, featuring the huge main event matchwith the Rock vs. John Cena April 1st 2012 in Miami Florida and alsoSheamus getting a title shot. WrestlemaniaQuickies

Obviously the first match thatwould come to mind with King Kong Bundy against SD Jones when you talk aboutreally quick Wrestlemania matches. Bundy squashed Jones in little to no time. The official announced time was nine seconds, but in reality, King Kong Bundy’smatch with SD Jones at the first Wrestlemania was only nine tiny seconds.

Wrestlemania 6 also featured ashort match, with the Boselviks of Nikolai Volkoff and Boris Zhuvov singing theRussian National Anthem, and promptly getting jumped by their opponents, theHart Foundation of Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart. The Hart Attack scores the pinin less than twenty seconds.

Wrestlemania X featured HowardFinkel gaining a full head of hair, thanks to the Hair Club of Men. HarveyWippleman was not too happy and went after the Fink, but Fink fought back. AdamBomb came out to defend Harvey Wippleman, but Earthquake came out and destroyedAdam Bomb in under thirty seconds.

While slightly over a minute, thematch between the Ultimate Warrior and Hunter Hearst Helmsley holds a near anddear place in the heart of many fans that aren’t huge fans of Triple H. TheUltimate Warrior survived the Pedigree and crushed Triple H with his GorillaPress and big splash combination move.

Finally at Wrestlemania 25, JohnBradshaw Layfield vowed to make to make Wrestlemania history by retaining theWWE Intercontinental Title. He did make history alright, by losing a match withRey Mysterio, dressed up as the Heath Ledger version of the Joker two yearsbefore Sting, in less than a minute. JBL quick.

Will there be any flash victoriesat Wrestlemania this year? We’ll have to wait and see what is going to happen.
