WWE Superstars 05/17/12 Review

It is now time for WWE Superstars on May 17th 2012. In our tag team main event, Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler take on the Usos. Plus Heath Slater takes on Alex Riley and Lord Tensai takes on Tyson Kidd. It is time to watch WWE Superstars 5/17/12 and run down all of the results.

WWE Superstars May 17th 2012 Review

Heath Slater defeated Alex Riley

I'm all about giving WWE Superstars some time to shine, but these two did not really need to go that long, especially each other. Match wasn't that bad, just it didn't really get going until the end. Alex Riley hit the A-Bomb but Slater kicks out. Slater pulls out a belly to back lift into an inverted power bomb to the side, a move so convoluted that I'm sure, Nova "invented it." Heath Slater picks up the win on WWE Superstars over Alex Riley.

Recap of the events of John Laurinaitis and John Cena from this past Monday on RAW, with if Laurinaitis being fired if he lost.

Still to come, the Usos take on Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger.

Lord Tensai defeated Tyson Kidd

Yeah this one was a bit of a mismatch. Kidd has some impressive action with Tensai but Tensai keeps beating on him, hitting the Tree slam and hits a Claw Slam. I'm not sure if we can add Tensai to the list of guys that have had their best match with Tyson Kidd(well under that name at least) but that was too short to tell. Tensai destroys Kidd more after the match.

RAW Rebound of the Big Show and John Laurinaitis.

The Usos defeated Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler and Swagger beat down Jimmy Uso for this match but Jey makes the hot tag. Ziggler and Swagger try to batter Jey but Jey fights out and rolls up Swagger to score the pin. That is surprising, with Swagger and Ziggler challenging Kofi Kingston and R-Truth for the Tag Team Titles at Over the Limit. A good tag team match, with Vickie Guerrero being beside herself after the match.

Swagger and Ziggler have tensions, as we close WWE Superstars, with some hype for Smackdown.
